Description

Go paperless! Google Classroom is an online tool that integrates G Suite apps (i.e. Gmail, Google Drive/Docs, and Google Calendar) in one platform to help instructors and students connect with the course and each other, distribute and give feedback on assignments, and more. This is a great supplemental tool for use in the classroom and outside of the classroom. (Note: This is not a Laulima replacement tool.)

Some things you can do with Google Classroom:

  • Post announcements.
  • Ask/Post questions on the fly.
  • Comment and reply on posts.
  • Distribute and manage assignments, including the option to auto-generate Google Docs for each student with sharing permissions automatically applied/managed.

Guest: John Hirano, Instructor of Engineering, shares his experience and tips with Google Classroom.

Space is limited. You must register to attend.
